Exchanges or store credits made gladly wihtin 30 days of purchase; refunds within 7 days of purchase with orginal receipt. Return merchandise must be unused, unworn and in original condition and, where applicable, in orginal gift box with all warranty cards and instruction book intact. Extensions must be made at the time of purchase for gifts.
Cancelation Policy:
All orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment up to 3 days after the order is placed. The terms of the Return Policy will be in place once an item is shipped. All payments made on cancelled items will be refunded in the original form of payment and to the original customer. Refunds will not be paid in cash or company checks if original payment was made by credit cards.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of the order. All shipments will be made via USPS Priority Mail unless other shipping is required by the customer. Charges for shipping will be a separate line item at the time of payment. All shipments will be insured for the value of the contents until delivered.
